Black Widow Racing is a dedicated group of professionals who support RaceLegal.com at Qualcomm stadium and Heartland park in topeka kansas, We educate and promote legal racing to the young racers. Our group and the president of Black Widow Racing wrote many emails to the city leaders for San Diego county including the mayor, Dick Murphy, and governer Arnold  Schwarzenegger.  Please help us support these legal events and race TRACK NOT STREET. UPDATE: Recently i was stopped by the topeka police on wanamaker and written a violation for my teal honda being excessivly noisy. i asked the officer what the legal decible rate was for kansas and was told kansas does not have one nor anyway to test for it. I wrote a email to state senator laura kelly stating this and she said she would take this to the senate judiciary committee to see how we can fix this law and stop the topeka police from harrassing the young adults for noise complants. if your vehicle has mufflers and you were not reving it or racing on the street then you should not be harrassed, if you get a violation please email laura kelly and myself to let her know they were harasing you. her email is kelly@senate.state.ks.us  and mine is blackwidowracing@embarqmail.com  thanks for your support.
